Elements

Elements is an 80-metre motor yacht delivered in 2019 by the Turkish shipyard Yachtley, with exterior lines and naval architecture by Espen Oeino International — the studio behind many of the most recognisable superyachts of the past two decades. Her steel hull and aluminium superstructure carry 1,650 gross tons across a beam of 12.8 metres, arranged over five decks that give her the presence of a considerably larger vessel. The profile is unmistakably Oeino: clean, horizontal and confident, with a superstructure that reads as contemporary without chasing fashion. Classed by Bureau Veritas with all surveys current, she comes to market as a young example of the modern 80-metre class.

Twelve guests are accommodated in six suites across a layout planned for genuine privacy. The owner enjoys a private full-beam deck with panoramic terrace and bar — an entire level removed from the life of the yacht below. The main deck saloon is of generous proportion, while a hydraulic sea-level beach club with swim ladder opens the hull to the water and an aft deck pool with sun terrace overlooks the wake. A spa, gym and Jacuzzi complete the wellness offering, with stabilisers at anchor keeping every space settled and comfortable. A crew of twenty-two — nearly two per guest — maintains the standard of service the five-deck arrangement was drawn to deliver.

Twin MTU 16V 4000 M93 engines drive Elements to 17 knots, with a 14-knot cruise and 3,800 nautical miles of range — enough for serious repositioning passages between seasons. The steel and aluminium construction is classed by Bureau Veritas, and she flies the Cayman Islands flag with VAT not paid, a posture that leaves the buyer's options open on registration and use. At an asking price of €112,000,000, Elements sets a 2019 Espen Oeino design against far older tonnage in the 80-metre bracket — a current-generation yacht at a valuation that reflects genuine opportunity rather than legacy premium.
