Built in 2022, Project X is among the newest large charter yachts available — and a signal that Greek shipbuilding has arrived at the highest level.
For decades, the superyacht construction hierarchy was clear: Germany and the Netherlands at the top, Italy close behind, everyone else a distant fourth. Golden Yachts, the ambitious Greek shipyard, has spent the last decade dismantling that assumption — and Project X, their 88-metre charter yacht delivered in 2022, is the vessel that may finally convince the doubters.
Brand-New Capability
As a 2022 build, Project X benefits from the very latest in marine technology. Her navigation, entertainment, and operational systems are cutting-edge, and her beach club, swimming pool, and spa represent the current state of the art. Fourteen guests are accommodated in eight cabins — a generous ratio that ensures privacy and flexibility for charter groups.
At €1,200,000 per week, Project X offers the freshness and reliability of a brand-new build at a price that undercuts comparable northern European vessels. She operates primarily in the Eastern Mediterranean — Greece, Turkey, and the Adriatic — and can reposition to the Caribbean or Arabian Gulf for winter.
