Is Formentera accessible by superyacht?
Formentera is reached by superyacht from Ibiza in 20–30 minutes. The island has no commercial port, so anchoring off Illetes or Es Pujols is the only option. Draft under 2.5m is needed for the shallowest anchorages. The Posidonia seagrass meadows (UNESCO protected) restrict anchoring in some areas — our captains know every permitted zone.
What beach clubs are best for superyacht guests in Ibiza?
Ocean Beach Club and Blue Marlin (south Ibiza) offer excellent water taxis from anchored yachts. Nikki Beach has its own tender dock. Ushuaïa and Destino have VIP arrangements for yacht guests arriving by water. Our concierge team books tables and VIP areas in advance for all key venues.
Can superyachts berth in Ibiza during summer?
Ibiza New Harbour (Puerto Nuevo) accommodates superyachts up to 90m in designated berths. Bookings must be made 6+ months ahead for peak season. Marina Ibiza (town centre) and Marina Santa Eulalia (north of town) also offer superyacht berths. Most vessels prefer to anchor and use tenders given the marina congestion.
